What tires are you using?

I'm trying to see what's working for other QX60 owners when it comes to tires. I'm still on the stock Michelin 235/65R18 106T, but after about 38k miles they are looking rough. I guess it's because of how I ride, too. I'm mostly driving in Georgia, so rain is a factor but snow basically isn't. I figured I'd get some real-world feedback before I start shopping. What brand and model are you running, and how's the wear and ride comfort? TIA.

I've run Michelins and Continentals on my QX60 over the years, and both held up well in Georgia's rain-heavy climate. If you're looking for long tread life, the Goodyear Assurance MaxLife is rated for 85,000 miles and handles wet roads with confidence. For a smoother ride and better grip, the Michelin CrossClimate2 is worth a look, though it costs more and has a 60,000-mile warranty. If you're watching your budget, Kumho Crugen HP71 offers decent wet traction and quiet comfort.

These are good ones too. I'd also suggest Michelin Defender LTX M/S or the Continental CrossContact LX25, both offer great traction in wet conditions, good ride comfort and wear well over time. The Defenders are known for longevity, while the Continentals ride a bit quieter. If youre after a smooth, durable option, either of these is a solid upgrade from stock
