Audio glitch after phone calls

Anyone else with a 2024 QX60 Luxe dealing with a frustrating audio problem? I've got a persistent issue where after a phone call, regardless of whether it's on a regular line or through an app like WhatsApp, all audio just dies.

I can see CarPlay is still active, the song shows as playing, but there's no sound from the speakers. This isn't just a CarPlay problem either, because if I try to switch to AM/FM radio, I get nothing but silence. The only fix seems to be turning the car off and back on again, which is a huge pain.

I'm hoping I don't need to take this dealership. Has anyone found a workaround or gotten a real fix for this?

Yep, I'm seeing the same problem on my 2024 QX60 Luxe. For now, I've found that disconnecting and reconnecting the phone's Bluetooth or force-quitting the CarPlay apps helps temporarily. Still no real fix, so it probably has something to do with the software.

You can try restarting the infotainment system. Hold the volume knob for 10 or 15 seconds and the system will start to reboot. This usually helps with most glitches.
